Chart's liquid nitrogen dosing systems have been successful for pressurization of containers (cold and hot fill); lightweight plastics; glass to plastic conversion. Our systems are also utilized for headspace inerting and full container inerting to increase shelf life and product stability; transitioning from traditional gaseous nitrogen modified atmosphere packaging (MAP); and flash freezing.
Products such as: peanuts; baby formula; wine; coffee; oils; snack foods; bottled water; juices; corn syrup; bar mixes; flax seed oils; teas; ice cream bars; granola bars; nutritional and energy drinks all successfully use our nitrogen dosing systems.
